Operations Partnership: Work directly with the Gym Director to monitor membership conversion, retention rates, and member survey feedback. Use insights from quality data to improve the member journey from first IV to ongoing classes.
Reporting: Co-lead monthly and quarterly operational performance reviews with gym leadership, with a specific focus on class evaluations, training completion status, and member feedback. Ensure all important directions from the Gym Leader are cascaded effectively to the team.
