Develop, validate, and deploy manufacturing processes and methods, including supplier processes, to achieve Right First Time delivery using Lean, SPS, DMAIC, and Systems Engineering methodologies.
Manage First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and manufacturing source and method changes within the assigned area of responsibility.

Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations, with direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials packages, or quality control processes
Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and the supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Conduct post-process checks and disposition activities, including geometry and HOSPC assessments, with containment actions where required.
Work closely with Process Engineers and Operations teams on data collection, evaluation activities and production-floor improvements to support stable high-volume manufacturing.
