We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Debug Operator to join our production and manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic assemblies, Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs), and electro-mechanical systems that fail standard testing processes. You will work closely with manufacturing engineers and assembly technicians to identify root causes, minimize production downtime, and ensure product quality standards are met.
Candidates should possess skills in Machining, including operation of machine tools, basic CNC or manual machining, and adherence to precision and safety standards.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Operate and monitor CNC machines according to production requirements and work instructions.2. Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.3. Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Machining, or related field is preferred.2. Experience in CNC machining, CNC operation, or precision machining will be an advantage.3. Able to read and understand engineering drawings and basic GD&T.4. Knowledge of CNC machines, cutting tools, workholding fixtures, and machining processes.5. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge.6. Able to perform basic machine setup, tool adjustment, and troubleshooting.7. Able to work independently and as part of a team.8. Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.9.
