Operate and monitor CNC machines according to production requirements and work instructions.2. Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.3. Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and CNC programs.4. Perform in-process inspection and ensure machined parts meet quality requirements.5. Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities, defects, or equipment issues.6. Carry out tool changes, offset adjustments, and basic troubleshooting when required.7. Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures at the workplace.8. Record production output, inspection results, and machine-related information accurately.9. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams to resolve production issues.10. Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Machining, or related field is preferred.2. Experience in CNC machining, CNC operation, or precision machining will be an advantage.3. Able to read and understand engineering drawings and basic GD&T.4. Knowledge of CNC machines, cutting tools, workholding fixtures, and machining processes.5. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge.6. Able to perform basic machine setup, tool adjustment, and troubleshooting.7. Able to work independently and as part of a team.8. Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.9. Good attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to quality and safety.
