Digital Business Empowerment: Collaborate closely with business, risk control, operation, finance and product teams to undertake core data requirements. Build standardized mechanisms for daily data monitoring, early warning and regular business review. Identify business growth opportunities and operational pain points, and drive business efficiency improvement and revenue growth through data insights.
Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis and data management within cross-border payment or fintech industries. Solid understanding of core cross-border business logic including cross-border collection & payment, clearing & settlement, overseas compliance and cross-border risk control. Prior experience in payment industry data team management is highly preferred.
Possess strong commercial data thinking and business acumen. Capable of building data analysis frameworks from a business perspective, dissecting core business challenges independently, and delivering actionable special analysis and business optimization solutions.
