NOHA NIAGA SDN BHD or simply known as NNSB is a business officially established on 15 July 2016 under the business act 1956 (Amendment 1978) with registration number 1194610-T. The establishment of NNSB is planned to be a business that explores and develops IBS-based CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY (INTERGRATED BUILDING SYSTEM) through the establishment and joint venture with several groups of companies who work on technology according to their respective categories and fields.

NNSB's next aspiration and vision is to emerge as a credible bumiputera business where it will implement human capital through recruitment and train 100% local employees to fill every vacancy from the lowest to the highest level in each group of companies, at the same time always strive to produce a specialist and high-income workforce in conjunction with the Malaysian government's desire to provide high-income employment to local workers as well as expand this business to the national and international levels.
