Engineers in this position are expected to follow the complete electrical development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding and testing.
Engineers in this position may work as a technical contributor as part of a team or may be asked to lead smaller scale electrical development efforts lasting approximately 12 months in duration and leading a team of 1 to 3 electrical developers.
Lead electrical engineers in this position will be responsible for representing the electrical team on the core product team, communicating issues and status to the program manager, creating the electrical development schedule and electrical project plans, and delegating technical assignments to the electrical development team.
