What you will be working on
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join us in improving healthcare innovation, implementation and outcomes. Support NHIC’s grant and office operation functions, including coordinating and working with CRIS business units (BUs), on the following: 1. Process NHIC’s core grants. This involves facilitating grant calls, selection, award, claims and audit.2. Answer grant enquiries from Public Healthcare Clusters and redirect to appropriate case managers, where necessary.3. Assist with audit processes and management reporting.4. Update database of grant application details – disbursements, utilisation/balance and KPIs.5. Maintain day-to-day office operations – meetings, IT, procurement, administration, facilities, etc.6. Support the organisation of NHIC/CRIS events, where necessary.
