Drawing up allocated improvement programmes based on analyses carried out and OWOW methods and procedures, in line with the CI in order to promote OWOW implementation. Participate in and monitor the progress of improvement teams and, if necessary, adjust process-wise to ensure that the improvement team achieves the set objectives through the OWOW practices.
Coaching and Training employees
Organizing and giving OWOW related substantive training to ensure that the employees of the assigned plant have the necessary OWOW knowledge and skills. Support, coach and train employees on a daily basis (including during Daily Control meetings) so that they see 'on-the-job' and learn how to use the OWOW guidelines and working methods.
