Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and explain repair options and costs clearly. Address customer questions and concerns professionally and courteously to ensure a positive experience. 7. Stay informed about advancements in automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and stay current with industry standards and best practices. 8. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. Handle tools, equipment, and hazardous materials safely and responsibly.
