Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns, including logistics coordination, administrative support, and content assistance, in collaboration with the HOD.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function.
Facilitate onboarding administration by coordinating with HR Operations, internal stakeholders, and clients, including: Preparation and collection of onboarding documents. Support of new hire information for system access, induction, and first-day arrangements.
