- Responsible for installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, climbing, and dismantling of tower cranes. Ensure all work is carried out safely according to manufacturer specifications, company procedures, and site safety requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
- * Carry out tower crane erection, installation, climbing, commissioning, and dismantling.* Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, servicing, and repair of tower cranes.* Inspect mast sections, jib, slewing unit, wire ropes, trolley system, bolts, pins, motors, brakes, gearboxes, electrical panels, limit switches, and safety devices.* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system faults.* Attend breakdowns and restore cranes to safe operating condition.* Identify defects, worn components, and unsafe conditions and report them immediately.* Ensure all safety devices are functioning correctly.* Follow PPE, working-at-height, Permit to Work, LOTO, and site safety procedures.* Complete maintenance, inspection, repair, and breakdown reports.* Record defects, corrective actions, and spare parts replaced.* Coordinate with supervisors, crane operators, contractors, safety personnel, and project teams.* Provide technical support and attend emergency breakdowns when required.* Perform other technical duties assigned by management. ...
