Plan, conduct, and lead Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Safety and Security performance audits. Implement improvement plans, establish corrective actions with clear deadlines, and take appropriate actions against LSPs that fail to achieve minimum compliance standards or audit scores.
Review and ensure all transportation units entering the site comply with site safety, security, and operational requirements while maintaining effective turnaround times.
