Establish and enforce engineering governance, standards, methodologies, tools, and processes in accordance with Group policies. Ensure early identification of technical risks, delivery challenges, and potential deviations, driving appropriate mitigation plans and corrective actions throughout the bid and project lifecycle.
Lead Mechanical Engineering concept development, delivering technically sound, cost-effective and constructable design solutions for advanced technology facilities. Provide technical leadership across HVAC, cleanroom systems, process utilities, exhaust, cooling water and other critical mechanical infrastructure. Drive upfront business development, client engagement, technical proposals, tendering and value engineering initiatives. Collaborate with global engineering teams to optimise system design, equipment selection, cost estimation and off-site manufacturing opportunities. Establish engineering standards, ensure regulatory compliance and design safety, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
Facilitate collaboration within product technology teams and across all departments by creating efficient cross-functional processes and ensuring effective communication, employing methods or tools to enhance collaboration and achieve shared goals.
Engages extensively with strategic partners and their senior stakeholders, including CXOs, Practice Leaders, Directors and senior technical leadership.
Lead the development and execution of research programmes and technology roadmaps across sustainability, energy, transportation, logistics and related enabling technologies, ensuring alignment with Singapore’s long-term economic, industrial and societal priorities.
You will lead high-level data partnerships with key agencies including PA, SportSG, AIC/AAC, NParks, LTA, MOH policy and technical teams, and regional health clusters, securing data sharing agreements and consent frameworks that enable trusted, scalable data flows across the ecosystem. You will translate high-level policy and organisational requirements into clear strategic technical directions for the team, ensuring outputs remain aligned with evolving business and programme needs.
Partner closely with Product, Design, Security, Blockchain, and Infrastructure leaders to translate business priorities into impactful mobile solutions and seamless user experiences.
Promote a strong safety, ownership and service culture, and ensure work is planned, reviewed and executed with appropriate risk controls and management oversight.
Monitor project progress, identify technical risks and issues, and drive timely resolution in collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Treat the AI-ready data and harness layer as the foundational multiplier for AIDA returns, explicitly designing for build-once, deploy-many reuse across models, agents, channels and BUs.
