- To be involved in acquisition transactions where required including time-sensitive and tightly timed negotiations, reviewing non-disclosure agreements, understand the property due diligence process, comment on and restructure sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements and overseeing the conditions of the agreements until completion/registration of title or disbursement of the loan ( if financed ).
