Talent Relationship Management- Serve as the primary liaison for talents, managing day-to-day deliverables and ensuring all engagements are professionally briefed and executed.- Develop and maintain talent briefs, activation guides, and content schedules to ensure seamless preparation and delivery.- Build and nurture strong talent relationships, handling contracts, usage rights, and conflict resolution to protect long-term partnerships.- Maintain an updated talent roster and collaborate with Sales & BD to identify growth opportunities across brands, formats, and platforms.
Governance and Risk Discipline- Oversee content management across owned platforms to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.- Conduct periodic content audits and recommend improvements in structure, UX, and content effectiveness.- Ensure adherence to approval workflows, brand integrity standards, and contractual content obligations.- Maintain proper documentation, approvals, and version control for all official project and campaign materials.- Exercise strong judgement in handling sensitive client or talent matters to mitigate reputational and commercial risks.
