You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the Front Office during the night shift, in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of associates, guests, and owners. The Duty Manager (Night) supports the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overseeing the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring smooth and seamless guest experiences. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the night for guest concerns, service recovery, and emergency situations, while providing leadership, guidance, and support to the Front Office team. The Duty Manager (Night) is also responsible for maintaining operational standards, ensuring guest and associate safety, and overseeing the completion of night audit and related administrative duties.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
Monitor reservations, room availability, guest records, and booking systems to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, property management, and other relevant teams to ensure guest requirements are attended to in a timely manner.
