Perform front-line customer help desk support. POS hardware equipment troubleshooting and repair. Provide on-site ad-hoc IT hardware/software maintenance support. Perform rotating shift work duties including weekends and Public Holidays.

Build internal tooling to streamline dataset management, model versioning, and performance monitoring.
