Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex architecture of existing applications, providing guidance on how to improve by leveraging technology
Solution Guidance & Quality Assurance: Partner with solution architects and engineering leads to shape designs (batch/stream, APIs, real-time scoring, vector stores/RAG, feature pipelines) and assure conformance to blueprint pre‑build, during build, and pre‑go‑live.
Architectural Governance: Act as the lead security design authority within the Group Architecture Review Board (ARB), providing "Go/No-Go" advisory on the security viability of regional project designs.
Identify and architect AI-enabled use cases across the data and application lifecycle, including data discovery, data quality, metadata management, engineering automation, code generation/testing, application modernisation and operational support.
Monorepo and Build Systems: Define repository structure, module boundaries, dependency policies, and code ownership to support changes across modules and independent service releases. Apply practices from systems such as Bazel and Buck2 to deliver incremental and reproducible builds, affected-test selection, remote caching, and remote execution.

Solid understanding and ability to code with one or more modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#)
Work with field, product, and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into deployable architectures, technical feedback, and roadmap input.
