Strategic Arbitrator: Act as the bridge between the Management’s strategy and technical execution, translating high-level goals into actionable OKRs/KPIs and making critical "build vs. buy" decisions.
Business & Product Partnership: Work closely with the Product and Business teams to translate strategic goals into an executable technology roadmap. Prioritise product and feature requests to ensure technology directly drives key business outcomes like revenue growth, operational efficiency, and platform modernization.
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be the visionary leader at the intersection of "what we build" and "how we build it." You will lead a combined organization of approximately 100 talented engineers. Your mission is to evolve TabSquare’s technology into a world-class platform, institutionalize innovation through AI-native strategies, and drive the technical vision required to support our exponential growth.
