The Senior Assistant Executive assists Senior Executives / Manager, Hiring on the administration of all appointment matters, including shortlisting of candidates, liaising with various stakeholders for scheduling, appointment, offers, and pre-boarding activities. He/She is required to work closely with Home Team Departments (HTD), interviewers, candidates, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of appointments for new and in-service officers.

1. Perform first-cut shortlisting of candidates for HTDs.
