Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment at the HRA department.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling factory payroll that is time attendance.
  • Assist in handling GMP Program, Permit, licenses, and Insurance.
  • Assist in handling security matters.
  • Assist in implementing, maintaining, and updating of food safety management system and environmental management system as required.
  • Liaise with suppliers when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • To liaise with the relevant Government office.
  • To liaise with relevant authorities on the Employment Act/Industrial Accident/Insurance Claims.
