• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.• Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail management.• Experience as a Retail Supervisor, Store Manager, Retail Manager or similar position is preferred.• Passionate about the retail industry and willing to work retail hours.• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.• Willing to travel for regular store visits.• Must possess own transport.• Willing to work 6 days per week.
