Other that the core training functions, you have to be kept updated in new operating concepts and ongoing operations development. You are responsible in achieving the training outcome, providing trainees with quality competency training and ensuring a smooth transition to operations. You are expected to constantly upgrade yourself with the latest instructional skills and training methodologies. In addition, you may be tasked with roles in working committee of key events and hold concurrent and/or secondary appointments.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification. You must have expertise in ATC operations to perform instructional roles in ATC competency and training-related skills sets.
