You will work closely with Qube Media's CTO, Product/Project Manager, developers, and client-facing teams to turn real service problems into dependable Al workflows. The priority is not experimentation alone: successful prototypes must be measurable, supportable, secure, and capable of moving into production.
Build and maintain prompt versioning and change management infrastructure, tracking prompt changes across agent versions, evaluating behavioural impacts before production deployment, and maintaining rollback capability for agent configurations.
Escalate Complex Issues: Recognise complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams or senior support for further action.
Integrate AI Agents into daily R&D workflows and explore their applications in scenarios such as coding assistance, intelligent debugging, automated testing, issue troubleshooting, and business process automation.
Closely communicate with all relevance stakeholders such as Master, Terminal, Ports, Charterer, Cargo Owner, Government Authorities etc. on vessel movement.
As a Senior Agent Researcher, you will design and build evaluation-driven Agent and multi-agent systems for complex real-world applications. You will focus not just on making Agents work, but on understanding, measuring, and continuously improving their behavior, combining research depth with strong engineering execution in an AI-native development environment.
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with business and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and transform traditional office workflows into intelligent, AI-driven processes.
