Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, transfers, resignations, reports, and other HR-related correspondence in accordance with company procedures.
Perform clerical and administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, scanning, record archiving, and maintaining proper document control to support the efficient operation of the HR Department.
To attend to all other duties as directed from time to time by the Management.
