Admin duties:
. General Administrative work
. Maintaining the office environment
. Data entry
. Assist in purchasing activity including office supplies, outsourcing activity, etc.
. Inventory management of Stationery
. Assist accounting department
. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
. Good interpersonal and multi-task skills.
. Willing to learn and long term work /develop in the organization
. Minimum 1 year HR administrative experience
. Be able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents
. 5 days work per week. Need to work on one weekend day.
