Reporting to the Global Finance VP, you will be the key finance person with responsibility of the full spectrum of financial accounting, whilst being supported by the country finance teams in ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing activities. You will provide high level insights on variances to highlight any key drivers and risks in their manufacturing operations. Supporting the corporate reporting team, you will ensure compliance to statutory requirements including IFRS, US GAAP and ensure compliance to SOX. A finance leader who drives continuous improvements and efficiencies to processes, frameworks and systems while providing financial advice in support of management decision making and driving business strategies.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified and CA, with at least 15 years of hands-on operational accounting experiences gained from manufacturing MNCs. You are a strong finance advisor to engage with stakeholders in a highly matrix environment. You possess good project management skills, are communicative, dynamic and adaptable to a fast paced and diverse environment.
