As a member of our family-owned business, you will inspire our customers from all over the world with excellent product assortments, your expert advice, and your warm hospitality. As a Sales Associate in our Heinemann Duty Free Shop, you will

• proactively approach customers with a welcoming smile, discover their needs, and inspire them to make additional purchases from our assortment of high-quality brands by creating an unforgettable shopping experience with your dedicated advice and attentive support.
• promote and push slow moving items and/or deleted products to maintain freshness and high turnover of the brand/assortment.
• take responsibility for the accurate and careful handling of checkout processes.
• ensure the perfect presentation of our assortment through your great attention to detail.
• ensure immediate redisplay or replacement of stocks which have been sold or removed from the shelves, with the “first-in, first-out” method applied at all times.
• assist the counter/shop manager in receiving, unpacking, checking deliveries versus relevant paperwork.
• assist the company during stock takes by preparing/organizing, counting and investigating stocks and stock losses.
• live our Heinemann culture and values, engage with other team members on a personal and professional level, share your knowledge, and strive for the team’s success.

What you should bring along

• Practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented business, and preferably, previous professional experience with retail luxury brands.
• Very good command of English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.
• Genuine passion of engaging with people, a natural service orientation and a talent for creating memorable moments for customers and colleagues.
• Strong team, communication, and sales skills – especially the ability to understand the needs of customers with a wide range of cultural backgrounds through active listening and to act on them accordingly.
• A clear focus on achieving your goals and an awareness of your own creative autonomy.
• Openness to work in varied shifts with 24-hours rotation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
