This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Executive based in Seremban 2. The Valuation Executive will be responsible for conducting property valuation assessments, preparing comprehensive valuation reports, and analyzing property market trends. The role also involves performing property inspections, managing client relationships, assisting with due diligence, and ensuring compliance with local property regulations. The selected candidate will collaborate with team members to provide clients with accurate and detailed consulting services.

Qualification

• Proficiency in Property Valuation, analyzing market trends, and preparing detailed reports
• Strong skills in Research and Data Analysis for property market insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report-writing and client interactions
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and compliance standards in Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant property management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Property Valuation, or a related field
• Professional certification in property valuation or membership in a relevant association is an advantage
• Prior experience in valuation or real estate consulting is preferred

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
