Valser Group Hiring! Full Time Finance Executive (Treasury) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

About the role

This role will be responsible for managing the Group's cash flow, banking and financing activities, ensuring sufficient liquidity, timely payments, accurate reporting and compliance with banking requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and rolling cash flow forecasts across the Group
• Monitor bank balances and ensure sufficient funds for scheduled payments
• Manage intercompany fund transfers, loans and reimbursements
• Process supplier, payroll, statutory and financing payments accurately and on time
• Manage banking matters, including bank accounts, signatories and mandates
• Monitor banking facilities such as overdrafts, term loans, trade financing and bank guarantees
• Coordinate loan drawdowns, BG issuance, facility documentation and other banking arrangements
• Ensure timely servicing of loan principal and interest
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate treasury records
• Monitor banking covenants and internal treasury controls

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Finance or a related function
• Good understanding of cash flow management, banking products and financing facilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software and online banking platforms
• Experience with AutoCount would be an advantage
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling payments and financial transactions
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaison with banks and internal departments
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CTP would be an added advantage
