About Us
We are the exclusive Singapore distributor of a premium UK pet food brand making human-grade, grain-free nutrition for dogs and cats. We sell directly to consumers through our own website and major marketplaces.
We're a small team that cares a lot about how our brand looks and sounds: warm, honest and premium, never hype. We're looking for someone who enjoys making great content and can show which content actually works.
About the Role
You'll run our monthly content and creator programme, turning our content strategy into a steady flow of organic posts and ad creatives. You'll plan the calendar, produce simpler content yourself, brief and manage creators, and work with our media buying agency to find the content that performs, then make more of it.
You'll report directly to the founder and work alongside our freelance video creators, UGC creators and media buying agency.
Monthly output: Roughly 10 ad creatives and 10–15 organic posts per month including UGC reels, existing brand content and newly produced content.
Paid ads: you produce and supply the ad creatives and work with our media buying agency on what to test. The agency handles campaign setup, budgets and buying.
Your Responsibilities
1. PLAN: Turn Strategy into a Monthly Plan
- Translate our content strategy and business priorities into a monthly content plan across Instagram, TikTok and Meta ads (content can be repurposed across channels).
- Build and maintain the content calendar, planned at least 2 weeks ahead.
- Plan content around our content pillars, campaigns and seasonal moments.
- Research social trends, competitor activity and customer insights, using AI and research tools where helpful.
- Make sure every piece of content fits our premium brand look and tone of voice.
2. PRODUCE: Run the Content Engine
- Design simpler content yourself (static posts, EDMs, banners) using Canva or AI tools.
- Shoot & edit short-form content yourself (e.g simple reels)
- Plan and brief more complex content (e.g. skit reels) with our freelance creators.
- Review concepts, give clear creative feedback and approve final content before it goes live.
- Build and organise a library of reusable content assets.
3. BUILD & SCALE OUR UGC PROGRAMME
Create a reliable system for sourcing authentic content from pet owners and creators, supported by a monthly creator budget plus product seeding.
- Source and recruit pet owners, UGC creators and micro-influencers in Singapore.
- Build long-term relationships with a core group of creators.
- Write creative briefs and guidelines.
- Coordinate product shipments, deliverables and timelines.
- Review submitted content and give feedback.
- Manage creator payments and keep collaboration records up to date.
- Maintain an organised UGC library for future ads and posts.
4. PUBLISH: Run Our Social Channels
- Publish content on schedule according to the calendar.
- Monitor comments, DMs and community interactions.
- Stay up to date with platform features and algorithm changes.
5. OPTIMISE: Measure, Learn, Improve
- Track and report monthly on key organic and ad creative metrics (saves, shares, watch time, CTR, cost per result).
- Work with our media buying agency to spot winning formats, hooks and messages, then produce more of what works.
- Turn top-performing organic posts into ad creatives.
- Keep testing new ideas, formats and hooks.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 3 months, you will have:
- A content calendar running at least 2 weeks ahead, with content published on schedule.
- Delivered around 10 ad creatives and 10–15 organic posts every month.
- Built a network of 4–8 active UGC creators delivering content every month.
- Turned at least 2–3 organic posts into ads that beat our current baseline.
- Set up a simple monthly report showing what performed, what didn't, and what we'll do next.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a strong eye and the discipline to keep a content machine running.
You should have:
- 1-2+ years creating or managing social content for a consumer brand. DTC, F&B, beauty or pets are ideal.
- A strong visual sense. You can tell premium, warm content from something that looks like a marketplace ad, and explain why.
- Hands-on skills in Canva, CapCut or similar tools, and comfort using AI tools to work faster.
- Experience briefing and managing creators, freelancers or influencers, including chasing deliverables and giving honest feedback.
- A working understanding of how organic content feeds paid ads. You don't need to run ads yourself.
- The habit of checking the numbers (saves, shares, watch time, CTR) and changing what you make because of them.
- Clean, short, confident copywriting.
- Strong organisation. You can run a calendar and several creators without being chased.
