In This Role, You Will Be...（Proposed commencement date: September or October.）

· Follow standard workflows, interpret client requirements accurately and handle full-cycle insurance tasks in English systems (policy data extraction, verification, entry, modification, etc.).

· Meet task deadlines and track time precisely; conduct proactive quality checks, identify process issues and drive solutions to meet quality and efficiency standards.

· Communicate with clients via professional English emails, respond promptly to client requests and resolve problems quickly to ensure client satisfaction.

What You Need To Be Successful...

· Diploma degree or above

· Fluent English

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

· Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility

· Quality-oriented and highly accurate in work delivery
