About the role

The main responsibility of this position is to oversee and maintain the overall performance and stability of stations within the Kuching area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily station performance and operations

• Ensure all stations meet company requirements, SOPs and KPI targets

• Monitor and analyze station data, identify issues and follow up on improvements

• Ensure station operations remain stable and maintain healthy business growth

• Coordinate with station teams to solve operational issues and improve service quality

• Conduct regular station visits and provide support where necessary

• Monitor manpower, service quality and overall station performance

• Identify potential risks or problems early and take appropriate action

• Maintain good communication with station management and relevant departments

Job Requirements

• Willing to travel within the Kuching area and other locations when required

• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Good with data and basic Excel/reporting

• Able to handle pressure and multiple tasks

• Persistent, positive and willing to find solutions when facing problems

• Able to work with different people and manage operational challenges

• Experience in logistics, courier, operations or station management will be an advantage

• Willing to learn and grow together with the company
