Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and compilation of data for monthly management report [AR/AP/GL/JV]
• Process accounting transactions, such as receipts and payment, receivables & payable and daily sales
• Prepare reconciliations - bank reconciliation and any other reconciliations
• Assist in preparation and compilation of documents
• Maintain up to date and proper filing for easy access and reference
• To assist audit requirement
• To upload bank transaction

Requirements

- Possess Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

- At least 2 years of experience in accounting fields

- Possess good communication skills (English, BM & Mandarin)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application such as MS Word and MS Excel & computerized Accounting software (preferably Auto Count)

- Possess strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
