Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and organised
Admin Executive
to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and management to ensure smooth and efficient project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and project support duties
Manage data collection, analysis and reporting functions
Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal schedules
Prepare reports, correspondence and administrative documents
Liaise with various project departments/teams when required
Support Project Managers and various departments with administrative matters
Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office support experience
Good organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Independent, responsible and proactive with a positive working attitude
Candidates with relevant experience from other industries are welcome to apply
