Job Description

• Work closely with our social media & performance marketing teams to develop concepts, reels, animated videos, short form videos, carousels and visuals for various clients
• Does product / photo shoots 
• Does video shoots / reels
• Create animated graphics and videos using computer software such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices
• Design, edit & adapt visuals for paid online advertisements as well as social media content
• Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to improve individual and team contribution
• Continuously improve designers’ creative process and work
• Eventually lead the creative team
