Job Scope

1. Pre-Production Support

Review project briefs and understand client or internal requirements

Work with directors/producers to plan visual style and timeline

Organize raw footage and prepare materials for editing

2. Video Editing

Edit raw video footage into a polished final product

Trim, cut, arrange, and merge clips to create smooth storytelling

Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, and text overlays

Sync audio with video and apply sound effects

3. Audio Editing

Adjust and enhance audio quality

Add background music, voiceovers, and sound effects

Ensure audio consistency and clarity

4. Visual Enhancements

Insert graphics, animations, subtitles, and lower thirds

Create simple motion graphics (if required)

Improve video quality (stabilization, noise reduction, etc.)

5. Collaboration

Work closely with relevant team

Incorporate feedback and make revisions

6. File Management & Export

Organize project files and maintain an efficient workflow

Export videos in required formats and resolutions

Archive completed projects properly

7. Quality Control

Review final videos to ensure accuracy, smooth flow, and no technical issues

Check for errors in audio, visuals, or timing

Job Requirements

• Proven experience editing videos (portfolio preferred)
• Skilled in video editing software.
• Good understanding of pacing, audio sync, and visual storytelling.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently or with a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
