1. System Project Management

• Monitor system development project timeline and provide monthly KPI analysis summary to IS Manager
• Manage documents of User Requirement Analysis, Business Blueprint & User Interface Design
• Design database structure and stored procedure programming (MSSQL)

2. Application Support (ERP and other related third party software)

• Maintenance of master files for Sales , Material, HR, Financial, Production Modules
• Maintain and update documentation of user acceptance test, user access, rollup & signoff where necessary
• Conduct training to new hirers during entry or after system upgrade.
• Files all maintenance form and prepare monthly application report on system status.

3. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

• Diagnose and resolve database-related performance, connectivity, and operational issues.
• Investigate system errors and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Provide technical support to software developers, IT personnel, and end users on database-related matters.

4. Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5. At least 3 years’ experience in related field
