About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Internship Boutique Assistant to join our team. The intern will assist with daily boutique operations, product preparation, online orders, social media content and basic e-commerce activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily boutique operations and ensure the boutique is clean, tidy and well-organised.
• Arrange, fold, iron and display baby and children’s clothing.
• Prepare products for sales, content creation and live-streaming sessions.
• Assist with TikTok Shop online orders, including picking, checking, verifying and organising products.
• Support the creation of TikTok and social media content, including product showcase, product demonstration, new arrivals and promotional content.
• Assist with basic TikTok Shop product management, such as product titles, descriptions, images and product information.
• Support live-streaming activities, including product preparation, product display and customer engagement.
• Conduct basic research on TikTok trends, popular content and suitable promotional ideas.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and special sales activities.
• Monitor basic content performance such as views, engagement and customer interest.
• Perform other boutique-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, E-Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Mass Communication, Media/Content Creation or other related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.
• Interested in fashion, retail, social media and e-commerce.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Canva or social media is an advantage.
