• Follow the standard of procedure when preparing dessert and drink.
• Ensure the cleanliness of workstation.
• Responsible for monitoring stock balance, product freshness, and date validity.
• Properly handle, clean, and maintain all machines and equipment in good working condition.
• Serve customer politely, professionally, and with respect at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
