Food Production Operator

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400

Job Description

We are looking for a Food Production Operator to join our client's pet food manufacturing team. This role will support the daily production process, from ingredient preparation through to packing and quality checks.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily pet food production, including ingredient preparation, weighing, cooking, blending, filling, sealing, retort processing and packing.
• Follow approved recipes, production instructions, SOPs and HACCP food safety requirements.
• Check pouch weight, sealing quality, product appearance and packaging accuracy.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely after training.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, machines, utensils and equipment.
• Complete production, cleaning and quality control records accurately.
• Report damaged packaging, product defects, equipment problems or food safety issues immediately.
• Support stock counting, material handling and other production duties when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Able to follow instructions, recipes and production procedures carefully.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good hygiene awareness and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and carry production materials.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Food Handler Training and typhoid vaccination are preferred; the company may arrange them if required.

Working Arrangement

• Full-time
• On-site
• Monday to Saturday
• 5.5 working days, depending on production schedule and operational requirements
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1-hour break
• Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400
• Monthly Full Attendance Allowance: RM200
• Quarterly KPI Incentive: RM300 – RM500
