Job description:

• Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with OSH standards and DOSH regulation for assigned projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and hazard assessments.
• Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events and prepare reports.
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to workers and contractors.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
• Enforce compliance with local occupational health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to improve site safety performance.
• Monitor environmental and health-related risks on site.
• Prepare safety reports and submit them to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification recognized by DOSH.
• Valid ClDB -Green Card.
