Nicko Jeep Manufacture Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing confectionery manufacturer serving both local and international markets. As we continue to expand our manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our leadership team.

• Lead daily production operations to ensure production targets, product quality, food safety, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
• Plan, organize, and optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production resources to maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, analyse manufacturing KPIs, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors and production teams to strengthen leadership capability and workforce performance.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety requirements, and company operational standards.
• Support production planning, capacity expansion, new process implementation, and other strategic manufacturing improvement projects.
• Prepare production reports and provide recommendations to improve operational performance and manufacturing effectiveness.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a production leadership role.
• Currently holding the position of Assistant Production Manager, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or an equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in production planning, manpower management, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, GMP, HACCP, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
