Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule and publish daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook,GoogleAds and X .
• Edit short-form video (CapCut or similar) and design static posts (Canva or similar)
• Write captions in Bahasa Malaysia and English that fit local trends and tone
• Monitor trending audio, formats and hashtags in the Malaysian market and adapt content fast

2. App Store & Listing Support

• Assist with App Store Optimisation (ASO): keywords, listing copy, screenshots, feature graphics
• Monitor and respond to Google Play reviews and ratings
• Coordinate updated store assets with the design/dev team for each release

3. Campaign & Ads Admin

• Set up and maintain campaigns in Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Assist with Google Ads / AdMob reporting and basic troubleshooting
• Track spend against budget and flag anomalies immediately
• Coordinate creative assets between the team and ad platforms

4. Reporting & Marketing Admin

• Produce a weekly performance report: reach, engagement, follower growth, installs, cost per install, retention signals
• Maintain organised asset libraries (Google Drive), content archives and posting logs
• Coordinate with KOLs / influencers / campus ambassadors: outreach, briefs, deliverable tracking, payment documentation
• General marketing administration — invoices, vendor coordination, calendar management for campaigns

Requirements

Must have:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates with a strong personal or freelance social media portfolio are welcome to apply
• Fluent written Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Working knowledge of Canva and CapCut (or equivalent design/video editing tools)
• Genuine, current familiarity with Malaysian TikTok and Instagram culture — you should know what is trending this week, not last year
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working to a daily posting schedule with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working on a dating/social product aimed at an 18+ audience

Nice to have:

• Experience running paid campaigns on Meta or TikTok Ads Manager
• Basic understanding of ASO or SEO
• Additional languages: Tamil & English
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or social scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Metricool)
• Experience with community management for an app or online platform
• Basic photography or on-camera comfort for content
