About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Rehab Shop. The role combines in-store retail operations with social media and content creation responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and recommend suitable rehabilitation and healthcare products

• Process sales and provide excellent customer service

• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Handle stock receiving, stock checking, and inventory

• Pack and prepare customer orders

• Host live selling sessions on TikTok, Facebook, or other social media platforms

• Create and support simple content such as product videos, photos, and social media posts

• Promote products and help achieve monthly sales targets

• Comfortable speaking in front of the camera

• Presentable and confident
