Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-set accounting, including GL, AR/AP, costing, inventory, fixed assets, month-end closing, and financial/management reporting
• Establish and maintain standard and actual product costing; analyse BOM, labour, scrap, and manufacturing overhead
• Conduct cost analysis and drive cost-control and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and business performance reporting
• Provide financial analysis for new projects, quotations, and customer profitability
• Manage cash planning, payment approvals, cash flow, taxation, foreign exchange, and local financial compliance
• Manage Kingdee ERP finance modules, including data accuracy, user access, costing, inventory, and closing processes
• Establish and strengthen internal controls to minimise financial and operational risks
• Lead the local finance team and work closely with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in manufacturing
• Automotive parts/components manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Strong experience in manufacturing costing, inventory, GL, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficient in Kingdee ERP, particularly Costing, Inventory, and General Ledger modules
• Familiar with Malaysian taxation, foreign exchange regulations, and local plant operations
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Strong cost awareness, analytical ability, risk management, and cross-functional communication skills

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
