Hub Vantage Hiring! Full Time Project Manager in Sabah, Earn up to MYR 11,000 - Ricebowl

1. Manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.

2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.

3. Manage site operations, manpower, materials, machinery, equipment, and subcontractors.

4. Monitor project progress against approved construction programmes and schedules.

5. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

6. Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction requirements.

7. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and contractual matters.

8. Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.

9. Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational safety and health requirements at the project site.

10. Identify and resolve technical, construction, quality, safety, and scheduling issues.

11. Lead and coordinate the project team and ensure effective communication among all parties.

12. Prepare project progress reports and attend project/site meetings.

13. Coordinate testing, commissioning, defect rectification, completion, and handover.

14. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
