RT 1194 Hiring! Full Time Admin Frame Executive in Sabah, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Liaise with the HOD / stock checker Department to control and set stock limit.
• Extract and review monthly sales data to determine stock top up needs (monthly order process for all branch outlet)
• Prepare a monthly inventory report for frame and sunglasses to present to management, highlight stock levels, sales movement and recommendation for reordering and topping up inventory.
• Handle urgent orders from management / Boss with immediate processing priority (e.g. roadshow event etc.).
• To receive all incoming new stock (non – house brand, house brand and other brands) and perform stock counting to verify quantities against invoice from supplier to ensure accuracy of delivered item.
• To prepare and distribute new stock to all branch outlets
• To ensure all new / existing stock is properly labelled and stickered before distribution.
• To process and create purchase order (P.O), invoice, delivery order, return note and credit note.
• To prepare warranty claim for frame / sunglasses between outlets in Jmobile in correct method of transfer and issues necessary invoice and credit note accordingly.
• To remind outlets to perform stock received in Jmobile after they have received the stock from HQ.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and stock analysis reports to management.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or administrative roles (optical/retail industry preferred).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
