Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Supermarket Manager to lead daily retail operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will be responsible for sales performance, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all store operations including sales, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve store targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, restocking, and supplier relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare weekly reports and sales analyses for management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail or supermarket management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
